Event organisers are to guarantee
that access to the display site will be possible for the
aircraft trailers which are over 10 metres long. A minimum
clearance height of 3.5 metres is required, along with minimum
gate width of 2.4 metres.

may be used by some of the team for overnight accommodation if
applicable. They will also be used by the team to take shelter
in in the event of sudden adverse weather conditions. The
organisers should ensure that water and toilet facilities are
accessible at all times.
If it is not possible for any of
the team to camp next to the aircraft, event organisers are to
provide overnight security for the aircraft and/or Herras
fencing sufficient to encircle the aircraft if any aircraft is
to be located in an un-secured location. The team also has
a camper van which must be sited within sight of the aircraft
overnight for sites where no grass area is present.
If the aircraft is not to be
displayed on grass, the organiser is to provide sufficient crowd
control steel barrier fencing to encircle the aircraft.
